These terms cover the Poker Chips app and the service that runs remote tables. Using the app means accepting them. The terms of the store through which you obtained the app also apply. On Apple platforms, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the terms differ, the stricter one wins.
Poker Chips keeps score for a poker night among people who already know each other. It counts chips, tracks the pot and the dealer button, can deal cards to each player's own phone, and works out at the end who owes whom.
The app does not accept, transmit or hold money or anything of value. It has no payment method, wallet, deposit, withdrawal, cash-out link or prize, and chips cannot be purchased from the app.
If money changes hands at your table, that is an arrangement between you and the people you are playing with. It happens outside the app, we are not part of it, and we take no responsibility for it. You are responsible for following the law where you are.
There is nothing to sign up for. It also means there is nothing to recover: an evening lives on the devices playing it and, in a remote game, on our server until the remote table record expires 24 hours after its last activity. Expired records are removed on access, at startup or in the server's five-minute cleanup sweep. Details are in the privacy policy.

Content terms version 1 must be accepted in the app before sending your own text. You can report selected content or hide a player locally from the table. Hiding does not alter balances or the game record. Reports include only the selected text, reason and necessary technical identifiers and are kept for 30 days. The publisher reviews reports and may restrict text or a seat in the remote service. These restrictions expire after 30 days. A failed report stays on your device as a draft until you choose to retry. See the privacy policy for storage and deletion details.
The server that hosts remote tables is provided as is, free of charge, with no guarantee of availability. It can be restarted, updated or taken down. An evening interrupted by that is an evening you continue in the same room, or start again.
Local play needs no server and does not depend on us at all.
If a paid feature is offered in the future, its price and what it includes are shown before purchase, and purchases are handled by the applicable app store under that store's terms — including refunds. Nothing in the app charges for anything without asking first, and joining someone else's table is always free.
The app keeps score and can calculate a settlement; it does not execute a payment or discharge a debt. We are not liable for money, disputes or friendships arising from a poker night, nor for a result the app calculated from what was typed into it. To the extent permitted by law, the app and the service are provided without warranty.
Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
These terms can change as the app changes; the date at the top changes with them. Material changes will be visible in the app before they take effect.
Finnish law applies, and disputes are heard in Finnish courts unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. The service is operated by Kare Oja, Finland.

Nämä ehdot koskevat Poker Chips -sovellusta ja palvelua joka pyörittää etäpöytiä. Sovelluksen käyttäminen tarkoittaa niiden hyväksymistä. Lisäksi sovellukseen sovelletaan sen kaupan ehtoja josta se on hankittu. Applen alustoilla sovelletaan Applen vakioehtoja (Licensed Application End User License Agreement); jos ehdot poikkeavat toisistaan, noudatetaan tiukempaa.
Poker Chips pitää kirjaa pokeri-illasta porukalle joka tuntee toisensa. Se laskee merkit, seuraa pottia ja jakajanappia, osaa jakaa kortit jokaisen omalle puhelimelle, ja selvittää illan päätteeksi kuka on kenelle velkaa.
Sovellus ei vastaanota, välitä tai säilytä rahaa tai muuta arvokasta. Siinä ei ole maksutapaa, lompakkoa, talletusta, nostoa, lunastuslinkkiä eikä palkintoa, eikä sovelluksesta voi ostaa pelimerkkejä.
Jos pöydässänne liikkuu rahaa, se on teidän keskinäinen järjestelynne. Se tapahtuu sovelluksen ulkopuolella, me emme ole siinä osapuolena emmekä vastaa siitä. Vastaat itse siitä että noudatat oman maasi lakia.
Mihinkään ei tarvitse rekisteröityä. Se tarkoittaa myös ettei mitään voi palauttaa: ilta elää niillä laitteilla jotka sitä pelaavat, ja etäpelissä palvelimellamme kunnes pöytätallenne vanhenee vuorokauden kuluttua viimeisestä tapahtumasta. Vanhentunut tallenne poistuu pyynnöstä, käynnistyksessä tai palvelimen viiden minuutin siivouksessa. Lisätiedot ovat tietosuojaselosteessa.

Sisältöehtojen versio 1 hyväksytään sovelluksessa ennen oman tekstin lähettämistä. Voit raportoida valitun sisällön tai piilottaa pelaajan paikallisesti pöydän valinnoista. Piilotus ei muuta saldoja tai pelilokia. Raporttiin sisältyvät vain valittu teksti, syy ja tarpeelliset tekniset tunnisteet; raporttia säilytetään 30 päivää. Julkaisija käsittelee raportit ja voi rajoittaa tekstiä tai pelipaikkaa etäpalvelussa. Rajoitus vanhenee 30 päivän kuluttua. Epäonnistunut raportti säilyy laitteella luonnoksena käyttäjän käynnistämää uutta lähetystä varten. Säilytys ja poistaminen kuvataan tarkemmin tietosuojaselosteessa.
Etäpöytiä isännöivä palvelin tarjotaan sellaisenaan, maksutta, ilman lupausta saatavuudesta. Se voidaan käynnistää uudelleen, päivittää tai ottaa pois käytöstä. Siihen katkennut ilta on ilta joka jatkuu samassa huoneessa tai alkaa alusta.
Lähipeli ei tarvitse palvelinta eikä ole meistä millään tavalla riippuvainen.
Jos maksullinen ominaisuus joskus tarjotaan, sen hinta ja sisältö näkyvät ennen ostoa, ja ostot hoitaa kulloinenkin sovelluskauppa omilla ehdoillaan – palautukset mukaan lukien. Mistään ei veloiteta kysymättä, ja toisen pöytään liittyminen on aina maksutonta.
Sovellus pitää kirjaa ja voi laskea loppuselvityksen; se ei suorita maksua eikä kuittaa velkaa. Emme vastaa rahoista, riidoista emmekä ystävyyksistä jotka pokeri-illasta seuraavat, emmekä tuloksesta jonka sovellus laski siitä mitä siihen kirjoitettiin. Sovellus ja palvelu tarjotaan ilman takuuta siinä laajuudessa kuin laki sallii.
Mikään tässä ei rajoita niitä oikeuksia jotka sinulla on kuluttajana pakottavan lain nojalla.
Ehdot voivat muuttua sovelluksen mukana; ylhäällä oleva päiväys muuttuu niiden mukana. Olennaiset muutokset näkyvät sovelluksessa ennen voimaantuloa.
Sovelletaan Suomen lakia, ja riidat käsitellään suomalaisessa tuomioistuimessa ellei pakottava kuluttajalainsäädäntö muuta edellytä. Palvelua ylläpitää Kare Oja, Suomi.
